Artwork

You can give us your artwork in any of these formats: EPS, JPEG, PDF, AI, PSD.

Artwork Size and Resolutions: Artwork can be designed at full size @ 150dpi or half size @ 300 dpi.

Please bear in mind we print all designs in CMYK, so colour shifts can occur when designs are supplied in RGB format.

  • Please convert all fonts to outlines.
  • We will match colours as close as possible but some print processes may result in slight colour changes. Colours will not always print exactly as they appear on your computer monitor so please let us know if you have specific colour shades.
  • We recommend not placing any critical artwork/text within 5cms of any edge. Bleed of 25mms should be added to all edges.
  • Please put the quantity and size of your artwork in the title, (i.e “2x wsp 4s club promotion”)
  • We will do our best to optimise your artwork at the desired size, however artwork that becomes too distorted will be returned to the buyer and another version will be requested- we strive for quick turnovers and will print whatever we can, however for the your sake we will never print something that isn’t up to our standard.   (At the correct width-to-height ratio)  
  • Please note that we cannot be held responsible for issues contained in the supplied artwork itself such as spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, RGB colour mode, overprint, resolution, missing fonts and missing images. To avoid these issues, please ensure your artwork adheres to our requirements.
     
    Artwork not supplied to our requirements will likely render an unsatisfactory result or delay your order. If you unsure about the artwork you have, please check with us beforehand to ensure there are no complications with your order.
     
    If artwork cannot be used to produce what has been ordered, we will advise you of this and request how you would like to proceed.
     
    If an artwork size is different to the ordered size, the ordered size always takes precedence. This is due to the fact that artworks from our customers are supplied in a variety of scales.
     
    With subjective issues of quality such as image resolution, we will sometimes advise you if the quality is extremely low, though again, we cannot be held responsible if the artwork is supplied in such a manner and isn’t suitable for your needs.
     

Returns

iwannabanner holds the right to select what jobs it takes on. If an order is placed and an unreachable deadline is required without speaking to a member of staff prior to your order, we will process the job in with our standard 2 day turnover policy. Iwannabanner will not be at fault for any deadlines missed if it is out-with our standard 2 day turn over policy.

Cancelling orders and changing request is understandable and we are happy to process these, however returns and refunds cannot be accepted after the job has been printed, as we have already used supplies and materiel to create your product and we cannot get these back or resell the item.

We strive to make sure you are always 100% satisfied with your order at iwannabanner.com, however in the rare instance that you might not be, you do have a 30 day window to open up an enquiry with us and arrange a reprint at a discounted price, or a free reprint if the error has been on our end. In some cases we will ask that you return your first item in exchange for getting a new one sent out, this can be for a number of reasons, one being we have greater resources for dealing with the waste and can recycle the material instead of the customer putting it to landfill, this is one of many reasons you may be asked to return the item.

If a proof has been signed off and confirmed then although we will always try and help, we can only do so much in returns of refunds and reprints. 

If you exceed the 30 day time limit we will do our best to help you and reach an agreement however we are no longer responsible for you item.
